All reservations must be in writing. Eyja Hotel will confirm the reservation in writing. Please include all necessary details for us to ensure maximum efficiency. 

All reservations made via Travia must be canceled directly via Travia. All cancellations must be in writing or directly via Travia.

Net rates are private and confidential. They are not to be published online or on online booking engines.

Special offer:

• 10% discount when booking 5 nights or more.
• 15% discount when booking 7 nights or more.
• 15% discount when booking 5 nights or more. Valid 16. September – 31. October & 1. May – 31. May.
• 15% discount when booking 4 nights or more. Valid 1. November – 27. December & 3. January – 31. January.

Individual Bookings (1-4 rooms):

• Individual bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival without a cancellation fee.
• Any reservations canceled with 72 hours or less will be charged in full.

Group Bookings (5-15 rooms):

• Cancellation can be made with 4 weeks’ notice without a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 4 weeks notice will be charged in full.

Group Bookings (16-30 rooms):

• Cancellation can be made with 8 weeks’ notice without a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 6 weeks notice, a 50 % cancelation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation made less than 6 weeks notice will be charged in full.
• Eyja Hotel must receive status and name list at least 2 weeks prior to the check-in date.
• For larger groups (16 rooms or more), Eyja Hotel reserves the right to charge a 20% deposit at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
